    Jennifer Irlbacher

I’m currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, completing my last requirements for my degree from Penn West University. Before starting my graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling, I worked (and still do!) as a critical care and recovery nurse. Past roles have also included biopsychological research on stress, sleep, risky behaviors, and sexual health. I’ve enjoyed working with people of all ages throughout my career. I look forward to working with those who are looking to strengthen their sea legs in understanding and living out their identity, as well as navigating relationships, interactions, and rough patches.

I welcome clients from all cultures and walks of life, and offer affirming support to LGBTQIA+ persons. I hope to work with you to create a safe, connected, and understanding relationship. We can work together through conversation and creative energy to become unstuck from stress, overwhelm, unhealthy patterns and behaviors, traumatic experiences, and relationships. We can work together based on your desire to find a better experience in life.
